Monday (*except Bank Holidays): Shop open 1.30pm - 5.00pm. Deliveries from 5pm (please see delivery area below)
Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday: CLOSED unless when accepting stock arrivals - please ring in advance to avoid disappointment.
Thursday: Shop open 12.00noon - 5.00pm. Deliveries from 5pm (please see delivery area below)
Friday: CLOSED
Saturday: Shop open 9-12noon.
Sunday: CLOSED

*Delivery days that fall on bank holidays will be moved to the next working day (e.g. Tuesday late pm instead of Monday late pm)

As our unit is within a business park that is still being developed, Google Maps and some other sat nav applications do not recognise the postcode or try to direct to a random addresses near the Viking Ship and beyond!!!

Therefore try the postcode CT12 5GD which will take you to the Manyweathers unit.
Turn left at this unit and follow the road past The Shivering Sands Microbrewery on the right. At the small 4 way Junction, turn left and immediately right into the last cul de sacs of units that have been built. We are located in the right hand side cul de sac and we are towards the end on the left hand side

Wobble boards will be outside so you can easily spot us and we have a sign outside the unit which will also help!!!

There is parking outside our premises and the ground floor is step free access. Please do not park on the forecourt of any other unit or on the double yellow lines.

Order deadline for Monday deliveries is Monday 8am. Orders after that time (prior to noon) cannot be guaranteed and may be scheduled for delivery the following week. Orders placed after noon will automatically be scheduled for the following week.

Thursday late pm - Kingsgate, Palm Bay, Margate, Garlinge, Westgate, Acol, Birchington, Monkton, Minster, Herne Bay
Order deadline for Thursday deliveries is Thursday 8am. Orders after that time (prior to noon) cannot be guaranteeed and may be scheduled for delivery the following week. Orders placed after noon will automatically be scheduled for the following week.

If it's more convenient to collect, the shop is open on various days - please see above for details.
Please just pop a note on your order during check out regarding which operating day you would like to collect so that we can ensure your order is picked and ready for your arrival.


If you fancy browsing some of our products not on the website, then no problem...pop in and see us! The shop is open on various days for drop ins.

Please note that we are extremely busy on the days that we are open so you may wish to avoid visiting during peak hours (school run and late afternoon during the week) and the latter part of Saturday morning.

Dietary Consultations and advice.
We will no longer be able to give detailed dietary consultations and advice during shop hours if we are busy but are happy to do so outside of shop hours. Please contact us to make an apoointment.

Ongoing Covid 19 precautions.
We would like to reassure our customers that touch points (such as freezers and hand rails) are sanitised regularly, plus free alcohol is readily available (for your hands!)


Postal Deliveries

If you live outside of our delivery area and are too far away to collect, then postal delivery may be for you!
We can post out non perishable orders (of any minimum value, up to 2kg) via Royal Mail 2nd Class small parcel.

Please note that frozen raw products cannot be sent via post currently. We can organise for frozen perishables to be shipped via courier - please get in touch for information (minimum quantities required and courier costs apply)

For us, customer service is of utmost importance - we can't have your dog or cat going without!
